The cost of the fascia/soffit work involves the following
- Erect access equipment up to work height.
- Fully remove and dispose of roofline fascias, soffits and rainwater products.
- Install solid (not hollow) replacement UPVC boards and new gutters/pipes.
- Install new vents and eaves felt.
- Carry out any minor repairs – cement pointing, replace small amount of rotten timber to rafter ends.
Fascia Soffits & Gutters for a Semi Detached Property
This price example is for a 3 sided semi-detached property with gutters to front and rear and a gable/apex to one side. The total roofline measures 21 metres. The property has good access all round and there is no cement work to be replaced as the original is in very good condition.
The structural timbers are sound and there is no rot.
